Plating Parts

Plating parts that are moved from tank to tank on an automated time sequence require drying following the last water rinse. On most plating systems, after the last rinse the parts are lowered into an empty tank with warm air being circulated. The parts normally do not dry well and they leave water stains. The Air Blast System using high-velocity air jets blows the water off the parts. The system can also be designed to move the Air Knives up and down leaving the parts stationary.
