Air Knife System Nozzles

On overhead conveyor lines, some parts come through the washer with puddles of water on the parts. The “Air Blaster” nozzle can blow the puddles of water off.

Although air blaster Nozzles are often used blowing water off of parts on overhead conveyor, they are also used on many different types of applications. For example they are often used in cooling applications, product moving applications and just generally where you need a high velocity of air a distance away from the source. They work also quite well on continuous strips where the air source cannot be close to the extrusion or strip.

Air Blaster nozzles have easy to use mounting hardware that allows you to position each individual nozzle in and out and 365 degree orientation.
